It was a tunnel that once led the people straight into Berkley or the heart of Neo-City.

Once part of an ambitious project to connect the countryside to the metropolis, but now left to decay. This path hasn’t seen any cars in years.
Enhanced with futuristic tech, Neon lights still flicker, and holographic signs are untouched. A piece of this tunnel was under construction, but they left all things there, just like when they started.
